If you arrive more than five minutes past your scheduled start time, you may be asked to wait so that we may honor our next client’s appointment. If you cannot wait we respectfully suggest rescheduling your Simply Faces date.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice requires full payment of each service if appointment time goes unfilled. Not arriving to your appointment requires full payment of your service.
